Beches Brew in India – video no 4!

Four videos by Jöns Jönsson from our 2015-16 tours of India are up. About the meetings between the Swedish groups Berger Knutsson Spering and Beches Brew and some of the great Hindustani and Karnatic musicians. You find them all at the C&E in India 2015-16 playlist at You Tube.

The latest video is Beches Brew in Chennai, a short film by Jöns Jönsson about the meeting between the Swedish group Beches Brew and four of today’s greatest Karnatic instrumentalists in Chennai and the concert at Sri Krishna Gana Sabha on January 3, 2016.

The music is excerpts from Dagar, Djur, Eight Forty-five, Flabby Dick, Happy Hindu, Kakraba Hi Five and Kamelen (The Camel), all composed by Bengt Berger.
The musicians from India will visit Sweden and Scandinavia in October 2016 for a concert tour with Beches Brew.
